THE DIRT ON MAKE UP REMOVAL WIPES

Wednesday, July 31, 2013
If you love makeup, you know that you need a great product to remove it especially before bed! Do not sleep in your makeup please, your skin will thank you later. Always make sure that you prevent yourself from having clogged pores or a stained pillowcase. I just recently added makeup removing wipes into my routine. Previously I would just use a really good facial wash to remove everything and then use my facial brush to make sure I got everything off. Using makeup wipes before washing your face makes the actual job of washing your face a lot easier and a lot quicker.

  • Makeup wipes are great for travel, perfect for my trip next week to New Orleans.
  • Makeup wipes are refreshing to the skin
  • Makeup wipes allow you to remove makeup very quickly and easily
  • Makeup wipes are great at preventing clogged pores and ensuring that you have a clean face at night

Check out these Makeup Wipe options and one unconventional affordable
makeup wipe that I use daily:

Sephora Face Makeup Removing Wipes, $10
This product is supposed to be perfect with someone that sensitive skins. They are great wipes for removing makeup. It makes cleaning your face a lot quicker and easy and won't break out your skin.

Estee Lauder Take it Away LongWear Makeup Remover Towelettes, $17.50
These towelettes are supposed to be great at removing a lot of makeup without using multiple wipes. They clean your entire face leaving not a trace of dirt or makeup. In the hot weather these are also great at refreshing your skin if you are laying out in the park, on the beach, or just running errands.

MAC Wipes, $29
These are supposed to be perfect for those who are too lazy to completely wash your face at night before bed. It's excellent in place of using a facial wash at night because it gets rid of a lot of dirt on your face.

Johnson & Johnson Hand and Face Wipes, $2.49
These wipes above are all great but can get pricey! Browsing the isles of my local drug store I noticed in the baby section Johnson & Johnson hand and face wipes for only $2.49 at Target! I decided to give it a try and to my surprise these worked out just as well as my expensive facial wipes. They removed a lot of my makeup (though occasionally I have to use two instead of one wipe). They stayed moist in the container, they are great for sensitive skin since they are meant to be used on small babies and most importantly they are super affordable!
