I recently attended a wedding in New York and shot a 'Get Ready with Me' video for my channel. To view how I was able to put this look together watch the video below. It features the new Stila Stay All Day foundation and how I curled my hair without heat. Also, check out my wedding guest tips below!

Wedding Tips:
- Do pack a snack! A small bag of peanuts, pretzels, raisins, etc. Sometimes weddings can get delayed and you'll begin in the early afternoon and dinner won't be served until the late evening. Carry a small snack in your purse or pocket in case you get sudden hunger pains.
- Wear comfortable shoes and/or pack a pair of small flats. I typically carry slipper flats in my clutch whenever I'm out an event and wearing heels all day. No matter how comfortable the shoe is eventually you might start to get a little sore and you can easily pop them off and relax.
- Wear shoe inserts. I suggest trying Foot Petals! This brand is awesome and seriously makes you feel like you are walking on pillows. I place them in sneakers, flats and heels. (click here to see a former review on the product)
- Bring oil absorbing sheets! I attended an outside wedding and these sheets came in handy to blot off access oil in my t-zone so that I was able to still look fabulous in the evening without packing on more makeup and covering it up with more oil.
- If you are attending an outside wedding make sure to wear SPF
- Remember that some powders look different under bright lighting and you'll be in lots of photos. Make sure you don't pack on too much and make sure you blend well. You don't want that white under eye look.
- Wear water proof mascara! Weddings can sometimes spark your emotional side and if you get moved to shed a tear you want to make sure your mascara isn't running.
- Carry a few products with you like your lipstick so you can do touch ups later in the evening.
- Play it safe. Sometimes it's fun to explore and do something different for a special occasion but just remember these photos will last forever (on Facebook). You don't want to end up hating the way you look so go with something you know will look great when you look back at it.
