Looking to improve your skin? Quickly lets go over my skin history. Growing up I had very problem skin. I battled with skin unhappiness for a while and tried every lotion and potion to cure it. I saw lots of dermatologists over the years and were given products like Retin-A, I even tried Proactiv. I realized a healthy diet is just as important as any pill you could take or cream you could apply. I started to make sure that I drank lots of water, ate a lot fresh foods and watched how my body would react to various things I put in it. I've come to learn that citrus and dairy give me the most reaction, so I try to avoid eating a lot of it when I can. I started watching lots of women on YouTube and also asking friends about the products they use.
Learning about what products worked for others was far more helpful than anything a Dermatologist could offer me. After experimenting with different products I finally found the right ones for me.
Please keep in mind that every person has different skin and reacts differently. If these products do not work for you, don't be worried. Eventually you will find what works but you have to have patience. Make sure you are careful about what makeup products that you apply to your face that could also be irritating your skin.
Products mentioned in this video:

Right now, I'm finishing up my Reviva Labs Hawaiian Seaweed Cleansing Milk. I think I'm going to repurchase it. I've had no issues since. Other items in my skincare arsenal include: Reviva Labs Pomegranate Peel, Reviva Labs Hawaiian Seaweed Mask, Origins Charcoal Mask, Perricone MD Vitamin C Ester 15, Cerave AM & PM Moisturizer

Amazing post! I appreciate it. My suggestion is Chromium. It is a mineral also, but helps with acne by reducing infections on the skin, says Vitamin-Nutrition. Eating a diet high in sugar can cause a loss of chromium from the body, thus, taking a dosage of 150 micrograms per day is recommended to fight acne. Best Luck! ~ Wayne Williams
