Lately, a lot of friends and family have been asking me about my new work out plan, P90x. I started P90x in March of 09. I started the program for several reasons. 1). I'm too lazy to go to the gym after work each day 2). I am too cheap to sign up for a gym membership 3). I need someone telling me what to do and how to do it because I am clueless about fitness. P90X seemed like the best solution. 1).   3. A lot of ppl in ROTC with me were talking about that! I love working out but I may try it in fall when I get out of basic. But I love workout DVDS I go to On Demand & I used to work out 1 hour everyday doing cardio dances & core workouts its so much fun!
