"The Nation of Why Not" - Royal Caribbean

I am about to embark on a seven day cruise through the Caribbean in just a few days. Here are just a few of my favorite travel must haves.

1. Travel Bag- I used this bag when I recently went to Vegas. It is a great size, has lots of space and easy to carry. Note: this is too big to use as a carry on, I tried and failed. Pick this up at a Walmart near you. Very affordable.

2. Henri Bendel Travel Set - Permission to get dirty. A travel essential, Henri Bendel's Laundry Set is perfect for packing ultra-luxe underpinnings, intimates, and Bendel Girl accessories. Labeled in flirty script to help keep belongings organized.

3. Apple ipod- An iPod is a portable media player designed and marketed by Apple and launched on October 23, 2001. Nothing makes a long flight more relaxing than music. I can't live without my ipod and now they come in all shapes, sizes, and styles. Glam up yours by adding accessories!

Hair Checkout Counter: Top 3 Products in December

I'd luv to kiss ya, but I just washed my hair. - Bette davis

1. La-brasiliana 'Sometimes it's as easy as UNO, DUE, TRE ... ' I started using La-brasiliana's Uno Shampoo and Due Conditioner about a month ago. La Brasiliana Keratin treatment with collagen was presented to me by my Dominican stylist. The products add protein and improve elasticity. Since using the product I've noticed that my hair is much softer, healthier and has a beautiful glow. La-Brasiliana Zero Keratin treatment with Collagen is a revolutionary process that transforms the hair. Note: I have not tried the straightening treatment method, I only use the shampoo and conditioner for cleaning.

2. Shea Natural Kertain I started using this shea butter about two months ago. I wash my hair and massage just a small amount of this product in my hair. Then I sit under the dryer for about 10-15 minutes and then wash it out. The butter derived from the Shea nut is abundant in the African Savannah and contains high concentrations of vitamins A, E, and F, amino acids and keratin, which combine to create a unique treatment complex that rehabilitates the interior of the hair shaft. This product makes your hair super soft! This product is VERY hard to find. I am lucky that my salon sells it.

3. GNC Triple Strength Fish Oil Vitamins I just picked this up the other day and I am very excited to share with you my review of this product. Consumption of omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. I will be real ... that is not the real reason I picked up this product. My coworker suggested I started taking this product each day for vibrant healthy hair. I'm all about making sure my hair is perfect. The lack of Omega 3 fatty acids leads toward slow growth of hormones that helps in hair growth. Fish oil is good to make up this deficiency. You must use fish oil at least once in a month to see any results.
Update: I am no longer taking these vitamins. Click Here
